Paris Hilton is one celebrity who knows how to look her best. And this year, she’s on the up. Fresh from launching her 19th fragrance (Paris Hilton Heiress Limited Edition) this October, she’s been DJ-ing instead of her usual reality TV stints, and she’s also the face of bgo.com, an online casino. To top it all, speculation is mounting that she’s about to marry her boyfriend, Swiss businessman Thomas Gross. So, what are this successful heiress’s tips for looking and feeling great? Let’s find out.

Deep condition after partying

Now a DJ in her own right, Hilton heads to Ibiza each year to entertain clubbers. The only problem with this amazingly fun job is the foam parties. Apparently the model likes to deep condition her hair after every foam party to avoid damage to her hair. So, if you’re heading off to club land this party season, take a tip from this celebrity and don’t forget to give your locks some TLC afterwards.

Don’t take life too seriously

One way to make sure stress doesn’t get the better of us is to choose work that we find fun and entertaining. That way, stress and free radicals, major causes of premature aging, are kept at bay. Paris Hilton seems to live by this ethos; aside from the DJ work she’s chosen to be the face of bgo online casino, alongside actor and comedian Verne Troyer who stars as Mini Me in the Austin Powers film franchise. The brand is fun and quirky, with a dash of glamour thrown in, and this suits Hilton’s carefree lifestyle. You can see her in action in the video below, or head over to take a peek at the slots games available on bgo.com, Roxy Palace, Foxy Casino and others. Other celebrities who promote casinos include David Beckham, who has worked with Las Vegas Sands in Singapore, and Patsy Kensit.

Avoid airplane skin

Taking long-haul flights can play havoc with your skin, which is bad news when you’re about to be papped at the arrivals hall. Paris recommends using extra skin conditioning treatments whilst in the air, to combat the moisture sapping effect of cabin air conditioning. She told Elle magazine: “I am like a skin fanatic. I probably look crazy wearing [masks] on the plane, but I don’t care.” She favours a mask that contains 24-carat gold, as well as SK-II’s sheet masks.

Stay out of the sun

Another way to keep skin looking young is to stay out of the sun and away from sun beds, which expose skin cells to harmful UV rays. Instead, Hilton favours spray tans, and has even bought her own home spray tan equipment. The star credits her mother for teaching her this valuable lesson. Indeed, she spoke to Grazia about it earlier this year. At 34 years old, Paris is looking great for her age, so this is one tip we could all do with following.
